Irina is a real model, and yes she really is that skinny, advanced anorexia even - and why? Well it seems, believe it or not, that there are actually guys who find girls like Irina attractive and sexy, and so Irina is simply fullfilling a need by providing picture galleries and videos of a sexy skeleton, ahem, we mean sexy skinny girl.
